getting healthy and losing weight
Jason and I, along with several members of my family, have made a goal to get healthy and lose weight. Stacy introduced us to ViSalus. We drink two shakes a day, have snacks in between, and have a normal dinner. It works for us because we don’t take time to eat healthy. Sometimes Jason doesn’t have time to eat at all. The shakes are quick and taste really good and cost less than $2 per shake. We have been doing it for two weeks. I have lost a couple pounds (I’m nursing so it’s hard to gauge my weight). Jason has lost 4 pounds and he doesn’t even really stick to the schedule. I think Stacy has been doing it for just over a month has lost 16 pounds. It’s really nice for her because she has been trying to loose weight for a long time. She even tried a personal trainer and that didn’t help. My goal is to fit into my temple dress. Wish us luck!
